Averetek's Campaign Core is a web-based application that is offered by channel providers to their partners. It’s completely customizable, so it looks, feels, and behaves consistently with the channel providers’ brand and business model. It is also fully localized, enabling it to be offered in any known language.
Co-Branded Materials
Channel partners use Campaign Core to create customized co-branded marketing materials. Partners are able to customize direct mail pieces, postcards, and e-mail templates, applying their own text and logos. In a few short steps the partner can create a co-branded, customer-ready demand generation piece at no cost. This is particularly valuable in the SMB space, where partners frequently have few marketing resources and even fewer dollars.
Events
Campaign Core also allows partners to host live and virtual events. Using a defined workflow, partners are asked to provide the “who, what, when, why, and where” for their event. The application allows them to invite attendees to register for their event, and provides them with a registration site that is branded with the partners’ logo and key messaging.
Preparation
Campaign Core provides partners with pre-event planning, day-of-event preparation, and post-event follow-up tools. Partner readiness is a major focus of Campaign Core, so supporting materials, slide presentations, and product literature are all readily available.
Customization
Built around a channel provider’s marketing campaigns and initiatives, and self-managed by the channel provider, Campaign Core helps stakeholders at all levels of the business drive toward their sales and marketing goals. It’s important to note that there is no incremental cost to the channel provider for adding or modifying campaigns or campaign content. A robust administration engine allows the channel provider to manipulate nearly every aspect of the partner experience at any time.
Social Media
Social media plays are a major focus of Campaign Core. Tight integration with Facebook, Twitter, Digg, and other popular social networks allow partners to stay in touch with their channel provider and share their events and demand generation materials within their existing social networks. The application also includes other components that offer partners with a way to provide feedback about the channel provider’s offerings, including campaign ratings and comments.
Integration
Campaign Core also integrates tightly with internal systems and third-party vendors – companies that are offering services through Campaign Core. Marketing services, telemarketing/telesales, logistics management, and lead management/CRM vendors all exchange data with the Campaign Core API to facilitate third-party offerings to the partner.
Reports
Campaign Core tracks and exposes key metrics to both partners and channel providers. Partners see reports focused on events (event attendance, attendee satisfaction) while channel providers see all-up reports (campaign activity, event locations, featured products, vertical industries, overall attendance, etc.). This allows both partner and channel provider to measure the impact of their marketing activities and events to fine-tune their messaging over time.
Security and Support
Campaign Core is hosted in Averetek’s data center, which ensures world-class security, scalability, availability and disaster recovery. Additionally, Averetek provides toll-free telephone and e-mail for both program and technical issues, all governed by a mutually-binding Service Level Agreement.
