What is your favorite "guilty pleasure" movie or TV show?
Beautiful Girls. It's from the late nineties; great script, funny characters, dozens of one-liners and the music is sweet. Also happens to be my wife's favorite as well.

What song on your iPod would people be most surprised you have?
Saturday Night by the Bay City Rollers. I read somewhere that it was one of Joey Ramone's favorite songs of all time so I gave it a closer listen. He was right, it IS a masterpiece.

What's your favorite word? What is your least favorite word?
Favorite: Wood. It's a strange word - go ahead, say it a few times in a row. Least Favorite: Damp. Reminds me of being cold and wet - a pretty standard condition in the NW.

    What was your first job?
Bagging groceries at National Supermarket in suburban St. Louis, MO while in high school. Spent a lot of time out in the rain and snow rounding up the shopping carts, not fun.

What do you want to be when you grow up?
Philanthropist / Activist. Being able to not only help financially but also get involved physically to make changes.

    What's your favorite comfort food?
Peanut Butter and Jelly on toasted wheat bread…with greasy bacon and sliced banana in the middle. Probably something that Elvis would have enjoyed.

  • Why do you enjoy working at Averetek?
Smart people, smart products and the president of the company is hilarious.

If you could have one superpower what would it be?
Ability to fly. I used to have dreams about it all the time when I was younger, and it seemed so possible.

What is your favorite game show?
I don't watch them now, but when I remember one in the '80's with the cartoon creature that would run across the screen and laugh at the contestants…I think it was called Press Your Luck. Have no idea what the objective of game was but loved those Gremlin things.

What person are you most inspired by?
    My three kids.

What secret talent do you have?
Doing voices for my kids little action figures and dolls. I've created entire personalities for about 2 dozen different 'characters'; each with different voices, occupations, quirks and tipping points. These figures have taken on such developed identities that I am starting to really like some of them and some of them not so much. It is also getting more difficult to keep up with the evolving saga, but my kids know every bit of it and keep me on track.

What's the worst gift you ever received?
Can't say that I've ever received one.
